Does Life Node give medical advice?

No. Life Node does not provide medical services, advice, or diagnosis. It shares anonymous records of lived experience (the situation, the choice and when, what followed) and reads them through professional lenses, so your agent can show you what happened on other paths. It makes no decisions for anyone.

No.

And that’s a choice, not fine print. The moment a tool tells you what to do, it squeezes your life into its system. We’d rather show you what happened to others and trust you with the rest.

So Life Node doesn’t diagnose, doesn’t advise, and doesn’t provide medical services. It doesn’t make decisions for anyone. If something feels serious or urgent, talk to a clinician. Life Node is for perspective, not care.

What it does instead

Life Node shares experience. Each record holds three things: the situation, the choice and when it was made, and what followed. When you’re facing something similar, your agent can bring up those records so you can see how a path like yours has gone for someone else.

That’s someone’s lived context, handed forward. It isn’t a recommendation, a care plan, or a choice made on your behalf. We keep records to these three fields for exactly that reason: a field for “what you should do” would turn someone’s experience into someone’s plan for you. More: Why a Life Node record has only three fields.

Experience goes in. Advice never comes out.

Lenses are ways of reading, not treatment

Health is the focus of Life Node’s first wave, so the lenses are professional ones: functional medicine; rehab, recovery and sport; traditional Chinese medicine as educational context only, never as treatment; smart and wearable devices; home and environmental devices; and unified check reports (检查报告统一). They exist so the same lived path can be read from several angles and the background becomes comparable.

Two of those deserve a line here. Traditional Chinese medicine appears as educational context, nothing more: Life Node does not deliver TCM treatment and does not prescribe it. Unified check reports means putting lab results, exams and check-up records on one timeline next to the lived account, so the context can be read. It is not a diagnostic engine, it does not interpret your results for you, and it does not replace the clinician who ordered them.

Naming a lens doesn’t turn the module into a medical service, and reading through several doesn’t make it a program anyone is put on. The full set and the reasoning behind it: What is Life Node?

The same holds inside your agent

Life Node isn’t another app. It’s a module for the agent you already use, running on your own model provider and key, with Life Node hosting only the shared knowledge base. Plugging it in doesn’t change the rule. Inside your agent, it still shows experience and still leaves every decision with you.

For partners and institutions

The scope above is fixed: shared records of situation, choice, and what followed, read through educational and contextual lenses, never recommendations, diagnoses, or treatment plans.
