What is Life Node?
A module for the AI agent you already use. When you’re stuck on something, chances are someone has faced a similar fork before you. Life Node turns that kind of lived experience into small, shared, anonymous records (the situation, the choice and when, what followed), so the next person doesn’t start from zero. It shows you paths others walked. It doesn’t decide for you.
The full definition, with the architecture diagram: What is Life Node?
Why is it all about health?
Because a narrow focus is the point. Health and the lived body are where experience is richest, where reading it well takes real professional perspective, and where “what happened to someone like me” is worth the most. Wave 1 goes deep there rather than spreading thin across many domains.
Is Life Node an app I download?
No. You already have an agent you talk to. We’d rather bring shared experience to it than make you start over somewhere new, so Life Node plugs into existing agent frameworks as a module.
Isn’t this just memory that follows me between apps?
No. Cross-app memory remembers you and carries your own history around. Life Node carries other people’s lived health experience, as three-field records read through professional lenses, into the conversation you’re already having. It’s shared experience plus multi-angle context for a decision that stays yours, not a sync layer for your chat logs.
Does Life Node give medical advice?
No. It doesn’t provide medical services, advice, or diagnosis, and it makes no decisions for anyone. That’s on purpose: your life and your call stay yours. Life Node shows what happened to others; anything about your own care belongs with a clinician. More: Does Life Node give medical advice?
What does each record contain?
Three fields: the situation, the choice and when it was made, and what followed. Together they’re enough to show how a path actually went.
Why only three fields?
Because that’s enough to hand the next person an already-walked path, and small enough to stay someone’s experience rather than a chart or a prescription. “When” is in there because timing changes the story: the same choice in week two and in month six can be two different experiences. Longer answer: Why a Life Node record has only three fields.
Are records anonymous?
Yes, by default. No identity is attached unless a contributor chooses to verify. We think that’s what lets people share honestly, which is the whole point.
When is consent required?
Before anything moves. Records are not shared for research or commercial use without explicit permission first. Detail: Anonymous records and consent.
Whose AI model do I use?
Yours. You connect the model provider you prefer, with your own key. The shared knowledge base is the only part Life Node runs, because the records are the one thing that has to be shared.
What are the “lenses”?
Professional ways of reading the same lived health path, so the background behind a record becomes comparable instead of ambiguous. The set includes functional medicine; rehab, recovery and sport; traditional Chinese medicine as educational context only; smart and wearable devices; home and environmental devices; and unified check reports (检查报告统一), which sits lab, exam and check-up records next to the lived account as context rather than diagnosis. Sleep, circadian rhythm and nutrition are read inside these lenses. Lenses frame; they don’t decide, they aren’t treatment Life Node delivers, and they aren’t a program anyone is put on. Who is Life Node for?
Anyone who already uses an AI agent and has wondered, “Has anyone been through this before?” We’re building it for that person first. We’re a small team in the United States (Life Node LLC, 2026). Partners, researchers, and investors can reach us at pillar@life-node.com.
Why would anyone share their experience?
We think most people who’ve been through something hard would like it to count for someone else. Today what they learned usually ends up buried in a chat log or a notebook. Life Node is meant to give it a small place to land, so it can help the next person.
Can I use it today?
Not yet. Life Node is at the idea-and-build stage. We’d rather say that plainly than leave it vague, and we’ll say so just as plainly when it ships.
What comes next?
The roadmap has two steps. First, bring the reference agent to Claude for longer, steadier conversations. Then publish the module and its interfaces. The interaction surface may get richer after that; Wave 1 is the definitions. That’s a plan, not a claim that the module is already published or open source.
